To bend these laminations about the foot of the stem is going to require steaming.
So while I figure out a quick Heath Robinson (Rube Goldberg) steaming apparatus I
thought I would prepare the clamping (tensioning) system.
This ratchet strap will provide the tension.
And this block the anchor. Held in place by my favorite fixing method, the
hot melt glue gun.
