How do you plane the flat on the hull for the keel and keep it square. Using your hot
melt glue gun attach a short spirit level to your planer and away you go.
Assuming your hull is level of course. Once you've a flat wide enough to support the planer
life gets much easier.

Then, after an hour and a half sanding, the hull goes from this.

Meanwhile I've been looking at the propeller shaft installation.
All looks fine and dandy until you find the maximum length for GRP stern tube
in the
Vetus
catalogue is 2500mm and this one measure 2650mm. So time to find another supplier...
